Para qué: Darte la app: tu cuenta, tus terrenos, tareas, cosecha y movimientos de dinero, y compartir con tu equipo lo que su papel le deja ver.
Base legal: El contrato de uso de la app. Para la seguridad del servicio, el interés legítimo.
Quién más: Los proveedores que hacen funcionar la app (Supabase, Apple y Resend) y, cuando das de alta un terreno, el Catastro y SIGPAC. Nadie para publicidad.
Tus derechos: Ver, corregir, borrar y llevarte tus datos, entre otros. Borrar la cuenta y sacar una copia se hacen desde la propia app.

The essentials

What for: To provide the app: your account, your plots, tasks, harvest and money movements, and to share with your team what their role allows them to see.
Legal basis: The contract to use the app. For the security of the service, legitimate interest.
Who else: The providers that run the app (Supabase, Apple and Resend) and, when you add a plot, the Spanish land registry (Catastro) and SIGPAC. Nobody for advertising.
Your rights: To see, correct, delete and take away your data, among others. Deleting your account and exporting a copy are done in the app itself.

1. Quién es el responsable

El responsable de tus datos es Salvador Cabrera, titular de LandTracker (el NIF y el domicilio se publicarán al terminar la revisión legal). Para cualquier cosa sobre tus datos, escribe a support@landtracker.es.

LandTracker no tiene delegado de protección de datos: por lo que hace y por su tamaño no está obligado a tenerlo, y el correo de arriba sirve para todo.

1. Who is responsible

The controller of your data is Salvador Cabrera, owner of LandTracker (the tax ID and postal address will be published once the legal review is finished). For anything about your data, write to support@landtracker.es.

LandTracker has no data protection officer: given what it does and its size it is not required to have one, and the address above covers everything.

2. Qué datos guarda y dónde

En tu iPhone

Lo que ves en la app se guarda también en el propio móvil, para que funcione sin cobertura. Queda protegido por el iPhone, no va en las copias de seguridad del teléfono y se borra del móvil cuando se cierra la sesión.

En el servidor

Para que tus móviles y tu equipo vean lo mismo, LandTracker guarda en su servidor:

Tu cuenta: el correo con el que entras, tu nombre visible y tu foto de perfil, si la pones.
Tus terrenos y grupos: el nombre, las notas, la referencia catastral, las coordenadas y el contorno de cada terreno, y los datos del cultivo (plantas, marco, año de plantación, riego y cubierta).
Las tareas: qué hay que hacer, en qué terreno y cuándo, y quién la marcó como hecha y cuándo.
La cosecha de cada mes. Solo la ve el propietario.
Los movimientos de dinero. Solo los ve el propietario: importe, fecha, categoría, terreno, estado, quién lo apuntó y su historial de cambios; y, si los rellenas, el IVA, la retención, el número de factura y el nombre y el NIF del proveedor o del cliente.
Tu equipo: quién forma parte de cada explotación y con qué papel, y las invitaciones enviadas, con el correo de la persona invitada.
Registros de seguridad: intentos de entrar y de usar códigos de invitación, para frenar abusos.

Coordenadas

Son las de los terrenos que tú añades, al tocar el mapa o al buscar en el Catastro. LandTracker nunca pide ni lee la ubicación de tu móvil.

Avisos

Los recordatorios de tareas los programa tu propio iPhone y no pasan por el servidor. Cuando se activen los avisos enviados desde el servidor, se guardará un identificador de tu iPhone para poder enviarlos, junto con su idioma y su zona horaria. Hoy la app no lo envía.

2. What data it keeps, and where

On your iPhone

What you see in the app is also stored on the phone itself, so it works without signal. It is protected by the iPhone, it is not included in the phone's backups, and it is removed from the phone when the session ends.

On the server

So that your phones and your team see the same thing, LandTracker keeps on its server:

Your account: the email you sign in with, your display name and your profile photo, if you add one.
Your plots and groups: name, notes, cadastral reference, the coordinates and outline of each plot, and the crop details (plants, spacing, planting year, irrigation and cover).
Tasks: what needs doing, on which plot and when, and who marked it done and when.
The monthly harvest. Only the owner sees it.
Money movements. Only the owner sees them: amount, date, category, plot, status, who entered it and its change history; and, if you fill them in, VAT, withholding, invoice number and the supplier's or customer's name and tax ID.
Your team: who belongs to each farm and in which role, and the invitations sent, with the invited person's email.
Security records: sign-in attempts and invitation-code attempts, to stop abuse.

Coordinates

They are those of the plots you add, by tapping the map or searching the land registry. LandTracker never asks for or reads your phone's location.

Notifications

Task reminders are scheduled by your own iPhone and do not go through the server. When server-sent notifications are switched on, an identifier for your iPhone will be stored so they can be delivered, together with its language and time zone. Today the app does not send it.

3. Lo que no hace

No muestra publicidad, y no vende ni cede tus datos para publicidad.
No lleva herramientas de analítica, de informes de fallos ni de seguimiento, y no usa el identificador publicitario del iPhone.
No lee tu ubicación, tus contactos, tu calendario, tu micrófono ni tu cámara.
Para la foto de perfil usa el selector de fotos del iPhone: la app solo recibe la foto que eliges, sin acceso a tu fototeca.
No toma decisiones automáticas sobre ti ni hace perfiles.

3. What it does not do

It shows no advertising, and it does not sell or hand over your data for advertising.
It carries no analytics, crash-reporting or tracking tools, and it does not use the iPhone's advertising identifier.
It does not read your location, contacts, calendar, microphone or camera.
For the profile photo it uses the iPhone's photo picker: the app only receives the photo you choose, with no access to your library.
It makes no automated decisions about you and builds no profiles.

4. Para qué y con qué base

Para tener cuenta hacen falta un correo y una contraseña; sin ellos no se puede usar la app. Todo lo demás lo decides tú.

An email and a password are required to have an account; without them the app cannot be used. Everything else is up to you.

5. Quién más los recibe

Supabase aloja la base de datos, las cuentas y las fotos de perfil, y trata los datos por cuenta de LandTracker.
Apple distribuye la app (App Store y TestFlight), dibuja los mapas, entregará los avisos al iPhone cuando se activen, y recibe el punto de un terreno para saber de qué región es y enseñarte los avisos oficiales de sanidad vegetal de esa zona.
Resend envía los correos de la cuenta desde landtracker.es. Recibe tu dirección de correo.
La Dirección General del Catastro recibe la referencia catastral o el punto del terreno para devolver sus datos catastrales.
SIGPAC (FEGA, Ministerio de Agricultura) recibe el punto del terreno para sugerir el cultivo.
Dentro de tu explotación, el propietario ve los datos de su explotación y el correo de cada persona del equipo; los empleados ven los terrenos y las tareas, y solo su propio correo; nunca el dinero ni la cosecha.

No se ceden datos a nadie más, salvo obligación legal.

5. Who else receives it

Supabase hosts the database, the accounts and the profile photos, and processes the data on LandTracker's behalf.
Apple distributes the app (App Store and TestFlight), draws the maps, will deliver notifications to the iPhone once they are switched on, and receives a plot's point to find out which region it is in and show you that area's official plant-health alerts.
Resend sends the account emails from landtracker.es. It receives your email address.
The Spanish land registry (Dirección General del Catastro) receives the cadastral reference or the plot's point to return its cadastral details.
SIGPAC (FEGA, Spanish Ministry of Agriculture) receives the plot's point to suggest the crop.
Within your farm, the owner sees the farm's data and each team member's email; employees see the plots and tasks, and only their own email; never the money or the harvest.

No data is passed to anyone else, unless the law requires it.

6. Dónde están

Tus datos se guardan en Irlanda, dentro del Espacio Económico Europeo (el servidor de Supabase está en su región de Europa occidental). Algunos proveedores son empresas de fuera de la Unión o usan subencargados de fuera; cuando tratan datos fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo, lo hacen con las cláusulas contractuales tipo aprobadas por la Comisión Europea.

Puedes pedirnos una copia de esas garantías en support@landtracker.es.

6. Where it is stored

Your data is stored in Ireland, within the European Economic Area (the Supabase server is in its Western Europe region). Some providers are companies outside the Union or use sub-processors outside it; when they process data outside the European Economic Area, they do so under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You can ask us for a copy of those safeguards at support@landtracker.es.

7. Cuánto tiempo

Mientras tengas cuenta.
Al eliminar la cuenta desde la app, tus datos se borran del servidor en ese momento, sin periodo de espera. Si eres el propietario, se borra también todo lo de tu explotación, movimientos de dinero incluidos, y las personas de tu equipo dejan de tener acceso.
En el móvil, los datos se borran al cerrar la sesión.
Los movimientos anulados se quedan en la explotación, porque en LandTracker nada se borra: se anula. Desaparecen con la cuenta del propietario.
Los registros de seguridad (intentos de acceso y límites de uso, sin el contenido de tus datos) se guardan unos 90 días y después se borran.

7. How long

For as long as you have an account.
When you delete your account from the app, your data is removed from the server at that moment, with no waiting period. If you are the owner, everything in your farm is deleted too, money movements included, and your team members lose access.
On the phone, data is removed when the session ends.
Voided movements stay in the farm, because in LandTracker nothing is deleted: it is voided. They go with the owner's account.
Security records (sign-in attempts and usage limits, not the content of your data) are kept for about 90 days and then deleted.

8. Tus derechos

Puedes ver tus datos, corregirlos, borrarlos, limitar su uso, oponerte a él y llevártelos.

Borrar tu cuenta: en la app, Cuenta → «Eliminar cuenta».
Llevarte tus datos: el propietario exporta una copia completa en Ajustes → «Datos».
Corregir: casi todo se corrige en la propia app.
Para lo demás, escribe a support@landtracker.es. Te contesta una persona, no un sistema automático, en el plazo legal de un mes.

Si crees que no hemos tratado bien tus datos, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, en aepd.es.

8. Your rights

You can see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and take it with you.

Delete your account: in the app, Account → “Delete account”.
Take your data: the owner exports a full copy in Settings → “Data”.
Correct: almost everything can be corrected in the app itself.
For anything else, write to support@landtracker.es. A person, not an automated system, replies within the legal period of one month.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), at aepd.es.

LandTracker no está pensada para menores de 14 años.

10. Esta web

landtracker.es no usa cookies, ni analítica, ni publicidad, y no carga nada de otros sitios: las fuentes y el código están en la propia web.
Si cambias el idioma o el modo claro u oscuro, tu navegador guarda esa preferencia. No sale de tu navegador.
La web la sirve Cloudflare, que, como cualquier servidor, recibe tu dirección IP para entregarte la página.
Si nos escribes, tu correo llega a nuestro buzón, alojado en iCloud (Apple), y lo guardamos mientras haga falta para atenderte.

10. This website

landtracker.es uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising, and loads nothing from other sites: the fonts and the code live on the site itself.
If you change the language or the light or dark mode, your browser stores that preference. It never leaves your browser.
The site is served by Cloudflare, which, like any server, receives your IP address to deliver the page.
If you write to us, your email reaches our mailbox, hosted on iCloud (Apple), and we keep it for as long as needed to help you.

11. Cambios

Si esta política cambia, lo verás aquí con su nueva fecha. Si el cambio es importante, además te lo diremos por correo o en la app antes de que se aplique. Si la versión en inglés y la española no dicen lo mismo, vale la española.
