2. Qué es LandTracker y cómo funciona la beta

LandTracker es una app para iPhone para organizar los terrenos, las tareas, la cosecha y el dinero de una explotación agrícola o de un huerto.

• Está en beta. Mientras lo esté, es gratis y se instala con TestFlight, de Apple; también se aplican las condiciones de Apple para TestFlight.
• Una beta puede cambiar, fallar o dejar de funcionar a ratos. Las funciones pueden cambiar de una versión a otra.
• Cada versión de TestFlight caduca a los 90 días.
• Mira de vez en cuando en Cuenta que pone «Todo enviado» y, si eres el propietario, guarda una copia de seguridad desde Ajustes.

2. What LandTracker is, and how the beta works

LandTracker is an iPhone app for organising the plots, tasks, harvest and money of a farm or a kitchen garden.

• It is in beta. While it is, it is free and installs with Apple's TestFlight; Apple's TestFlight terms also apply.
• A beta can change, fail or stop working at times. Features may change from one version to the next.
• Each TestFlight version expires after 90 days.
• Check now and then that Account says “All sent” and, if you are the owner, keep a backup from Settings.

3. Es una herramienta de gestión, no asesoría

LandTracker no presta asesoría fiscal, contable ni jurídica. No es un libro registro oficial, ni un cuaderno digital de explotación (CUE o SIEX), ni un sistema VeriFactu, y no calcula tus impuestos. Las cifras que ves salen de lo que tú apuntas. Antes de presentar nada a Hacienda o a la PAC, habla con tu gestoría o tu asesor.

3. A management tool, not advice

LandTracker does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice. It is not an official tax ledger, nor a digital farm record book (CUE or SIEX), nor a VeriFactu system, and it does not work out your taxes. The figures you see come from what you enter. Before filing anything with the tax office or for the CAP, talk to your accountant or adviser.

4. Tu cuenta y tu equipo

• Tu cuenta es personal. Cuida tu contraseña; LandTracker nunca te la pedirá por correo ni en una página web.
• El propietario de una explotación decide a quién invita, a quién quita y quién ve qué: el dinero y la cosecha, solo él.
• Si invitas a personas que trabajan para ti, eres tú quien las da de alta en tu equipo y quien les explica para qué lo usáis.

4. Your account and team

• Your account is personal. Look after your password; LandTracker will never ask for it by email or on a web page.
• A farm's owner decides whom to invite, whom to remove and who sees what: the money and the harvest, only the owner.
• If you invite people who work for you, you are the one adding them to your team and explaining what you use it for.

5. Tus datos

Lo que apuntas es tuyo. Puedes sacar una copia y borrar tu cuenta desde la app cuando quieras. Cómo se tratan tus datos, en Privacidad.

What you enter is yours. You can export a copy and delete your account from the app whenever you like. How your data is handled: see Privacy.

6. Uso correcto

No uses LandTracker para nada ilegal, no intentes entrar en datos que no son tuyos ni saltarte su seguridad, y no la uses para molestar a nadie con invitaciones.

6. Proper use

Do not use LandTracker for anything unlawful, do not try to access data that is not yours or get around its security, and do not use invitations to bother anyone.

7. Responsabilidad

Hacemos lo posible para que LandTracker funcione bien y tus datos estén a salvo, pero durante la beta no podemos garantizar que funcione siempre ni sin errores. Nada de este texto limita los derechos que la ley te reconoce como consumidor.

7. Liability

We do our best for LandTracker to work well and for your data to be safe, but during the beta we cannot guarantee it will always work or be free of errors. Nothing in this text limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

9. Ley aplicable

Se aplica la ley española. Si eres consumidor, puedes reclamar ante los juzgados de tu domicilio. Si la versión en inglés y la española no dicen lo mismo, vale la española.

9. Governing law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. If the English and Spanish versions differ, the Spanish one prevails.
